10th Cape Town Convention Academic Project 2021

Overview

This year’s conference will be held on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th of September 2021. It will be held in Cambridge as an in-person conference, but also with the opportunity to join virtually for anyone who is not able to join in person.

This year the conference will focus on two topics. The first day will consist of reflections on the past, present and future of the Cape Town Convention in its first 20 years and the second day is an in-depth analysis of some key topics in relation to enforcement of international interests, particularly when the debtor is insolvent. Each session will include ample opportunity for questions and debate. The conference will be of interest both to academics and to practising lawyers.
