Multispan is seeking partnerships in early stage drug discovery in small molecule and antibody therapeutics, from target validation, to assay development, HTS, SAR lead optimization, animal studies. The goal of the partnerships is IND-ready leads for metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, oncology and or CNS diseases. The partnership can reach into Multispan’s proprietary GPCR antibody generation platform, 300 HTS-ready highly QC’ed stable cell lines covering 260 targets and 450 cell-based assays. These same assays can be conveniently used for specificity profiling and species cross-reactivity studies for lead compounds in addition to primary HTS campaigns. Multispan has in-depth experience in working with the most difficult GPCRs such as metabotropic glutamate, free fatty acids, lysophospholipid, and cannabinoid receptors.
