The mission of CELENYS is to develop scaffolds for 3D cell culture to better mimic the tissue microenvironment and provide more predictive in vitro tools for drug development, toxicity assessment, and cell-based assays. To this aim, we are creating a hyaluronic acid scaffolds, Biomimesys, which are provided ready-to-use in a 96-well plate format. Biomimesys is transparent and biodegradable which allows compatibility with all standard analytical technologies including microscopy (brightfield and IF), plate readers, flow cytometry, and extraction of proteins and nucleic acids.
