This is an often discussed topic amongst equine practices - to zone, or not to zone. In this session, Amy will discuss the relevant parameters a practice should take into consideration when making this choice for themselves. She will outline the potential advantages and disadvantages of each process and outline other potential alternatives.
Amy will also discuss how to respond when a local competing practice changes its charging strategy exploring what to do and what not to do.
