Nick will share with us the research conducted recently by Pfizer VetSupport+ to understand what the key drivers of engagement are within the UK veterinary industry and what the current levels of engagement are. We will see where the industry is performing well and not so well.
We will also hear how to measure engagement within your
practice and what to do with the results.
