When studying cell behaviour there are numerous parameters that can be quantified from each and every experiment. The majority of analysis tools available are either modular or manual in nature. Here we will present Cell-IQ Analyser™ image analysis software, an open easy to use package capable of quantifying numerous parameters at one time, from simple cell number, speed, trajectory, differentiation, neurite /tubule formation, single cell tracking, lineage through to colony/spheroid growth rates and classification of mix cell populations. The possibilities are endless particularly as this data can be extracted label free from phase contrast images.
