Discussion

ImmunoOncology is a growing research area and is the study of how we activate and use the body's own immune system to help clear cancer. Recently we have developed two simple 2D and 3D screening assays that can be used to further research in the ImmunoOncology area using the Celigo S image cytometer. The 2D method is a direct cell counting method for evaluating cell mediated cytoxicity and the 3D method examines immune cell invasion into spheroids.
