Abstract

Q2 Solutions Laboratories supports clinical trial sample testing through a global network of central labs. I will describe the global flow cytometry capabilities at Q2 Solutions and how instrumentation and assays are controlled and standardised across this network. The main focus of the presentation will be on the different strategies used for the validation of flow cytometry assays for use in global multi-centre clinical trials. This will include basic considerations for flow assay validations as well as more complex receptor occupancy, MRD and tumour infiltrating lymphocyte assays.
