Holger Franken

Dr. Franken studied bioinformatics at the University of Tuebingen, Germany and also obtained his PhD there working on machine learning and computational mass spectrometry for the detection of metabolite biomarkers. Since 2012 he has been working in the Experimental Bioinformatics group at Cellzome, which is part of GlaxoSmithKline, developing methods for the analysis and statistical assessment of quantitative mass spectrometry data in the context of proteomics in drug discovery.
