Qualified: BVM&S: University of Edinburgh (1986). Institution/ Practice: O'Gorman, Slater, Main & Partners, Donnington Grove Veterinary Surgery, Oxford Road, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2JB, UK. Career: Spent 3 years in mixed practice followed by 2.5 years in equine practice in Essex. Joined O'Gorman, Slater & Main in 1992 (it was a 7 vet practice then). Became partner in 1994. It is now a 26 vet practice: O'Gorman, Slater, Main & Partners, Donnington Grove Veterinary Surgery.
Interests: Racehorse practice, with particular interest in respiratory medicine, lameness and poor performance evaluation.
