James K Balknap

James’ career began as a Surgeon in private practice in Seattle for two years. He was then General surgeon at Auburn University (Alabama) for eight years and Ohio State University for nine years, working with farriers on lameness/podiatry referral caseloads. James has been the Chief of Staff of the Equine Hospital at OSU for the last two years and has run a laboratory studying equine laminitis for 17 years
