Eugenio Cillán-García

Eugenio graduated from University Cáceres (Spain) in 2004. He undertook an internship in equine medicine and surgery in an Equine Referral Hospital in Spain before travelling to the UK and joining the Three Counties Equine Hospital in 2005. He moved to the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Science Edinburgh in 2009 to undertake a surgical residency enabling him to fulfil the certifying criteria to sit the European College of Veterinary Surgeons Diploma. He achieved a Master’s degree at Edinburgh University completing a large retrospective study of foot MRI. After a short period in private practice at Avonvale Equine Hospital he returned to the Royal (Dick) as a Lecturer in Equine Surgery.
