I started scientific career over 30 years ago in a small serology/ genetics Laboratory.
About 22 years ago I stepped into the world of Bio-Pharmaceuticals (British Biotech) in an analytical development capacity, migrating to Bio-formulation looking at wet and dry formulation approaches for bio-pharmaceuticals.
During my career in Bio-pharmaceuticals I have spent ~4 years with a well know CMO developing my understanding of GMP.
About 15 years ago I moved to a (then) small Biotech company (Avidex/ Immunocore) where I have been able to utilise the set acquired above to build a Development group dedicated to the characterisation, stability, formulation, manufacturing and clinical delivery of the new novel Bio-therapeutic pipeline (ImmTACs) into the Clinical phase.
