Dr Marc-Olivier Baradez

Dr Baradez is currently Lead Analytical Development Scientist at the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult, managing scientific and technical outputs across a diverse portfolio of collaborative R&D, commercial and clinical cell therapy projects. He has 15 years of experience developing analytical tools and strategies across the cell therapy sector, his career spanning academia, ReNeuron where he worked on the characterisation of their lead clinical cell product, and LGC - the UK’s designated National Measurement Institute for chemical and bio-measurements, standardising cell metrology.
