Mr Scott Cribbes

n my current role I am responsible for ensuring success of our EMEAI ( Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) business. Creating and building a sales and support team who are scientifically driven and customer focussed is key. Using my previous scientific support skill set my team and I act in a consultative manner to drive sales. Understanding workflows and key issue and providing fit for purpose solutions has been essential in my teams success.

In my previous role as the Director of applications and emerging technologies at Nexcelom it is my role to explore and identify new research areas and collaboration opportunities that can be leveraged for commercial purposes as well as promoting education through publications. To do this I draw on my extensive customer technical support and laboratory experience which I have gained in both the commercial and research environments in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic and academic markets. Over the years I have not only honed my scientific skills I have at the same time developed my commercial acumen working in marketing, application and product development, product management, business development and sales. I have a strong desire to strengthen and expand on my expertise and experience. I am a keen team player, who also enjoys using my initiative and problem-solving capabilities to achieve both personal and company objectives. I am strongly self-motivated and an effective communicator.
