Profile of Caroline Dive
Biog:
Professor Caroline Dive leads the Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology Group (CEP) of the CRUK Manchester Institute (CRUK MI), an internationally renowned centre for cancer research that provides state of the art laboratories covering basic science to translational and clinical studies. Professor Dive was awarded the prestigious Pasteur-Weizmann/Servier International Research Prize (Nov 2012) for her laboratory’s research on non-invasive biomarkers to aid the treatment of patients with cancer. Dive, Blackhall and colleagues were awarded the CRUK translational research prize in 2011, for innovation in CTC research and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to ensure translational science with clinically meaningful results.
