Catherine de Coupade

Dr. Catherine de COUPADE, Head of Cell Biology Lab, LFB (France). Dr. Catherine de COUPADE is responsible for the Cellular Biology Laboratory at LFB (France) in the Non-Clinical Study Department. She investigates protein mechanism of action to fulfill regulatory requirement regarding the pharmaceutical development of therapeutic proteins in the fields of immunology and hemostasis (development of relevant potency assays). She is responsible for in-house cell-based assay method validation for clinical phases I to III. She also develops appropriate bioanalysis methods to provide quantitative measure of the active protein for the purpose of pharmacokinetics in animal models as well as in human during clinical trials.
