Profile of James Murray
Dr.Murry obtained his Ph.D. from The University of Leeds in 1996. Post-doctoral studies focussed on time resolved crystallography to understand the mechanism of ribozyme function. In 2001, he joined Vernalis (Ribotargets) to undertake drug discovery against the bacterial ribosome. Subsequently, he developed a keen interest in improving drug discovery with a focus on the application of biophysical methods such as SPR and ITC. Currently Dr. Murray serves as the Director of Chemistry and Structural Sciences at Vernalis (R&D) Ltd.
