Pete DiMaggio

Peter DiMaggio has almost a decade of experience in LC-MS/MS method development and bioinformatics analysis of histone post-translational modifications. An underlying theme in his research is the holistic integration of systems level datasets, including proteomics, transcriptomics and genomics data. His current interests are in the development of novel LC-MS/MS cross-linking technologies for the characterisation of protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions in chromatin regulation.
