Tom Crabbe

I gained a BSc and a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Liverpool before joining Celltech in Slough as a lab-based research scientist. Now an employee of UCB I have taken on the roles of Principal Scientist, Project Leader and Department Head of Molecular Sciences before my current position of Director, External Discovery Solutions. My goal is to ensure that collaborative research is a fundamental part of our way of working as I strongly believe it holds the key to an effective translation of science into therapeutics that transform patients’ lives.
