Dr Clare Jones

Clare Jones is the Head of R&D at Talisman Therapeutics. She is responsible for oversight of all of Talisman’s research projects and manages the scientific team. Clare has fifteen years of experience working in drug discovery on projects from target identification through to the clinic, principally in Neuroscience and Inflammatory disease. Prior to her current position, Clare was a Senior Scientist at MedImmune where she led and supported ongoing pipeline research projects and led a cross-functional research team focussed on multiple sclerosis. Previously, she held positions with Xention, NeuroSolutions and AstraZeneca. Clare has a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge.
