Paul Andrews

Paul holds an Honours Degree in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Sheffield and has over 25 years post-doctoral research experience encompassing biochemistry, molecular genetics, cell biology, quantitative imaging and since 2007 phenotypic drug discovery with a focus on using stem cells. Paul has held leadership positions in the Drug Discovery Unit in Dundee and at the stem cell company Cellartis AB. Since 2013 Paul has been involved in the design and planning then the creation of the National Phenotypic Screening Centre, where he is now Director of Operations and Scientific Lead for the Dundee lab.
