Nanion is a leading provider of automated patch clamp systems with throughput capabilities ranging from a single cell up to fully automated high throughput systems recording from 384 cells simultaneously. Over recent years, Nanion has expanded it's product range to include systems for transporter recordings, bilayers, and contractility measurements from beating monolayers of cells. I have over 10 years experience in automated patch clamp, with a further 6 years experience in manual patch clamp. I am an accomplished scientist and an excellent communicator, both written and oral. I am an independent worker who thrives as part of a team and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. By writing about various topics encompassing Nanion’s products, I keep a breadth of the current research and literature. I am an expert in the field of neuroscience, pharmacology, ion channels, conventional and automated patch clamp.
