Dr Helena Firczuk

I am currently leading protein expression technologies group at GSK, where we utilise mammalian highthroughput expression platform to generate protein reagents for early drug discovery. Before coming to GSK 4 years ago I was conducting post-doctoral research in systems and synthetic biology, first at Manchester and then Warwick University, designing and testing experimental systems to generate data to support construction of computational models of complex biological processes, focusing on eukaryotic mRNA translation pathway.
