Dr Fleur Kleinpenning

Fleur Kleinpenning is working at Pivot Park Screening Centre as senior scientist and specialized in screening of mass spectrometry (MS) based assays. After achieving her PhD in the field of chemical biology, she gained experience in mass spectrometry (MS) and proteomics during her postdoc. At PPSC, she is involved in integrating and developing ultra-high throughput screening (uHTS) assays with MS read-out. After successful implementation of biochemical label-free MS-based assay for uHTS, biophysical label-free Affinity Selection Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) is now established at PPSC. Both techniques are now applied as a powerful tool for early drug discovery of novel hits.
