How to Return Items within the 14day 'no questions asked' guarantee period Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you wish to return any item within the above described 14day period, you must contact our Customer Service team before sending it back to us. Let them know the reason for the return by sending an e-mail to the following address: returns@labhoo.com You will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorisation and special instructions. Please quote your order number and the reason for the return. To return an item purchased from Labhoo Marketplace, please contact the seller directly. How to get products repaired under warranty - Faulty Items You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. All labhoo products are covered by the manufacturers original 1 year warranty. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
