On Sunday conference registration will be at Old College (on the sea front) between 14:00 to 20:00.

On Sunday evening between 18:30 and 20:00 there is a Welcome Reception at Old College with finger buffet and drinks. This will be followed by a family friendly Public Understanding of Science lecture by Professor Peter Chiodini 'Invasion of the parasites. A Hospital for Tropical Diseases Production. On Monday to Wednesday conference registration will be at the Students' Union building from 08:00.

The Conference programme starts on Monday at 8.45 in the Great Hall, Arts Centre.

Delegates who have booked university accommodation (rooms at Pentre Jane Morgan) should pick up their room keys from the Porter's Lodge,(Aberystwyth University Penglais Campus main entrance). On Sunday coaches will be available to shuttle delegates from Aberystwyth Railway Station and Old College to the Porters lodge. On Sunday evening a bus will collect delegates from outside the Pier from 21:00 to take them to Pentre Jane Morgan.

On Monday to Wednesday coaches will collect delegates from Aberystwyth Town Centre (Seafront & North Parade) in the morning (07:45 till 09:00).
On Wednesday afternoon a coach will collect delegates at 16:00 from outside IBERS, Penglais Campus and drop off at Aberystwyth Train Station.
